Combining powerful and creative strengthening shapes, dance-like movement to get the sweat pouring, lateral openings and deep stretches, these classes are intended to be a journey.
Classes include sequences of dance-cardio, pilates strength and deep yoga stretches. Option to include weights to increase intensity.
On-site storage cubbies for personal belongings. Mats and props are provided. Bring water, a sweat towel, and good vibes!!
To cancel or reschedule a class, please send an email to connect@misfitmethod.co a minimum of 48 hours before your class for a full refund.
